Individual Program Plans

Individual Program Plan information

An Individual Program Plan (IPP) records personalized learning goals and supports. Students, families and the school team work together to review progress and plan next steps.

Take part in your IPP

Ask: “What am I working toward?” “Which strategies help me learn?” “What can I do when I need help?” Share what is working and what you would like to try. Your teacher or Student Services team can help you understand your plan.
