Dear Mustang Families

Gentle Reminder: there are no classes for students tomorrow due to a professional learning day for teachers. We look forward to welcoming students back to classes on Tuesday.

Ms. Armstrong, Mr. Hoblak, Ms. Isackson, Mr. Le and many committed volunteers are stepping up to support the 2024-25 Annual Band Camp. With 114 student-musicians going, the school will feel and be a lot quieter this week.  Thank you to our families who offered financial and moral support to this musical adventure, during challenging economic times.

Gratitude is extended to all our families and students.  SJAM consistently has a low waste footprint due to your packaging choices for lunches.  We received a CBE report documenting our collective success this past week.

Your hard-working SJAM School Council team would like to remind families that they purchased parenting books you may be interested in reading. The books below have been the most popular:

With their minds and bodies still developing, substance use may lead to or affect physical or mental health. It is important to talk openly about substance use with your child starting at an early age. This session will provide you with tools and resources to have meaningful conversations with the children and youth in your life.  Click the link to learn more - Workshops - CHPS Community Health Promotion Services
